Partner Program Terms

These terms explain how the FossaPay Partner Program works. Read them alongside the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Partner commission

10% of eligible net platform revenue from each referred business for six months from its first eligible settled transaction.

See “Commission and program period” below for how eligible fees are calculated.

Joining the program

The FossaPay Partner Program is operated by FossaPay and Fossa Technologies Limited (together, “FossaPay”). You may apply through the partner form. Participation begins only when FossaPay approves your application and provides a referral link or other approved referral method. Applying does not guarantee approval.

You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information, and keep your contact and payout details current. You may participate without having a FossaPay account. FossaPay may request information reasonably needed to verify your identity, eligibility, or payout details.

Referrals and attribution

Share your unique referral link with businesses that may benefit from FossaPay. A referred business must sign up through your link, be accepted by FossaPay, and begin processing payments for a referral to generate commission. FossaPay’s records determine attribution and eligible transaction fees.

A referral does not qualify if the business was already a FossaPay customer, was previously referred by another partner, or cannot be reliably attributed to your link. FossaPay may review disputed or suspicious referrals before paying commission.

Commission and program period

The standard commission rate is 10% of FossaPay’s eligible net platform revenue from each referred business. Net platform revenue is the platform fee less the provider fee for an eligible settled transaction. Each referred business has a six month commission period beginning when its first eligible transaction settles, subject to any separately agreed extension or custom rate.

There is no stated cap on eligible commission. Commission is not based on the total payment amount processed by a referred business. Refunded, reversed, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible transactions do not earn commission. FossaPay will provide any additional calculation or attribution details during onboarding; if those details differ from this page, the parties should agree to them in writing before participation.

Payouts

FossaPay processes eligible partner payouts monthly to your bank account or an approved payout method. Payment may depend on verification of your identity and payout details. FossaPay may defer a disputed amount while it investigates refunds, reversals, suspected fraud, or attribution errors, and will explain material adjustments to you.

You are responsible for taxes that apply to your commission, subject to any withholding required by law. Any payout timing, threshold, currency, or fee that is not stated here should be confirmed with you during onboarding.

How you may promote FossaPay

Describe FossaPay accurately and use only current, approved product information. Do not promise guaranteed earnings, claim that FossaPay has approved a customer, misrepresent pricing or regulatory status, send spam, buy misleading ads, impersonate FossaPay, or use its name or branding in a way that suggests you are an employee or authorised spokesperson.

Clearly disclose that you may earn commission from referrals when promoting FossaPay, where applicable law or the context requires it. Obtain any permissions needed before contacting a business, and follow applicable marketing, privacy, and anti spam rules. You may use FossaPay branding only as authorised for the program and must stop using it when your participation ends.

Merchant relationships and data

FossaPay decides whether to accept or continue serving a referred business. You cannot bind FossaPay, negotiate on its behalf, or make commitments about its products or services. A referred business’s use of FossaPay is governed by its own agreement with FossaPay.

Handle personal or business information you receive through referrals lawfully and securely. Do not share sensitive customer information with FossaPay through unapproved channels. FossaPay handles information it receives under its Privacy Policy.

Suspension, ending participation, and changes

Either you or FossaPay may end participation by giving notice. FossaPay may suspend participation while investigating suspected misuse, fraud, or a material breach of these terms. Commission validly earned before participation ends remains payable after necessary adjustments, unless the underlying activity was ineligible or unlawful.

FossaPay may update the program or these terms by publishing revised terms and communicating material changes to active partners. Changes to commission rates or the program period should apply prospectively unless you agree otherwise. You may stop participating if you do not accept a change.
